Welcome to JobNRide ("JobNRide", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JobNRide mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. About JobNRide

JobNRide is a platform that helps users connect for carpooling and job referrals. We do not provide transportation services or guarantee employment and are not a recruitment agency, employer, or ride-hailing company. Users are solely responsible for their interactions, decisions, and outcomes on the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

4. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Post or share false, misleading, harmful, or offensive content.
Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm other users.
Upload viruses, malware, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
Engage in spamming, scraping, or unauthorized data collection.

6. Carpooling and Rides

If you offer or join rides:

You must comply with local laws, traffic rules, and insurance requirements.
Vehicle owners represent that the vehicle is privately registered, roadworthy, and adequately insured.
JobNRide is not responsible for rider/driver conduct, safety, schedules, or outcomes.
All ride arrangements are between users; use your own judgment and caution.

7. Jobs and Referrals

Job posts and referrals are user-generated or externally sourced; JobNRide does not guarantee interview calls, employment, or compensation.
Users are responsible for verifying the authenticity of job posts and offers.
Any referral rewards (if offered) are subject to separate terms and verification.

8. Wallet, Payments, and Refunds

Wallet credits within the app are not bank deposits and may be non-withdrawable.
Payments, if any, must comply with the displayed terms at the time of transaction.
Refunds, where applicable, will follow the policy shown in-app or on our website.

9. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain rights to content you submit but grant JobNRide a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and distribute such content solely to provide and improve the Service.
JobNRide trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described there.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., maps, payment gateways). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
We do not guarantee outcomes for rides, job opportunities, or referrals.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobNRide and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JobNRide, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

16. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective when posted in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
